Demonstrating the commitment to social responsibility, TMG delivered practical training certificates to about 1200 students at the end of the summer internship programme.
The practical training in Talaat Moustafa projects and its various departments included the disciplines of financial management, banking, human resources, marketing and sales, maintenance, customer service, engineering, landscape, technical management, information technology and systems, smart cities, and others.
This year, the group’s training department included the inclusion of new sectors, such as supervising the implementation of projects, hotel equipment, city agencies, club sales, and commercial centers. The training also witnessed great interaction from students, and they presented practical projects. The training programme for students was evaluated according to the latest approved evaluation system, “360 evaluation.
